Appraisal services will be paid out of proceeds per agreement, however if you do not close your loan within 60 days, your signature authorizes Josephs Appraisal Group to bill your credit card for appraisal services rendered related to your loan.

Home inspections constitute an appraisal service. Once the inspection has been completed, appraisal fees have been earned and are nonrefundable. Payment for services rendered are in no way contingent upon funding of loan.

A 60 Credit Card form is available in situations where appraisal fee is to be paid out of escrow.  If deal does not close within 60 days, the buyer, seller or loan officer has preauthorized Josephs Appraisal Group to bill the credit card if payment is not received by JAG within 60 days. Credit card will not be billed if payment is received from title within 60 days of form receipt. Great way to pay out of escrow and still insure that, if deal does not close, that the loan officer/mortgage company will not be responsible for payment.
